Founded by Mr. Suresh Reddy and Mr. Vijay Kancharla, began as USAGreetings.com, in September 1999. In November 1999, the company introduced its first eMarketing product 'Powered by USAGreetings' engine and in June 2000, the company metamorphosed into Ybrant Technologies Inc.

In recent times, the company acquired around 4 companies to strengthen its global presence and cater to the entire gamut of digital marketing services.

Ybrant integrated all its subsidiaries and on May 23, 2008, announced the official change of its name from Ybrant Technologies to Ybrant Digital
